The sales person Dana was excellent, however the sales manager on a return visit was arrogant, indifferent and lacked basic customer service skills. This was extremely disappointing and not what you would manager on a return visit was arrogant, indifferent and lacked basic customer service skills. This was extremely disappointing and not what you would expect from a brand like Luther. Given the importance of the sales manager in the purchase process and any follow up conversations/resolution of issues I would recommend going to another dealership where the sales manager values your business. More
