This last visit, the advisor, Michael Dao, was very nice and listened carefully to my concerns, reassuring me that they would research the recent history of the car's tire issues. He also warned me right up front that the wait time was pretty long at that point, thus giving me the choice to come back another time if I preferred; I appreciated the honesty. Tire problem now seems to be corrected, and it was a pleasant experience. More

The experience was pretty good overall. It wasn't as "personal" as the experience at BMW, and I haven't been contacted yet about receiving license plates (temporary plate is expired).
