Excellent experience all around. The back hatch had an inside window leak so additional parts had to be ordered and painted. Andrew kept me informed along the way with progress and next steps. Arranged for concierge service for an oil change. No problem except I was charged for the concierge service. I was told originally there would not be a charge for this. I actually like everything about their service, but my latest service visit (scheduled maintenance) was $200 (25% higher price) more expensive than another Subaru dealer in the same town.
