Service is alway slow. Went in for an oil change, clock update, and software check, and it took 4.5 hours! They messed up my tire pressure so it’s all out of whack now. Nice workers though. Mory and Noah really rolled out the red carpet for me when I needed to trade in my existing 2018 Subaru Forester lease. I came in to get an oil change...I have a B1 service code. Customer service was great, but when I came to go home, the B1 service indicator light hadn’t been removed and when they looked at a filter in code. Customer service was great, but when I came to go home, the B1 service indicator light hadn’t been removed and when they looked at a filter inside/behind the glove compartment, all the stuff from the glove compartment was laying out on the front seat and had not been put back. Hmmmm.....but on a positive note, the car had been sanitized inside. Michael Dao did an excellent job explaining everything and his customer service was excellent! More
