Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Drive-up service is convenient. Learned of a recall. Happy to get it fixed. Was additionally frustrated by the markup of what the retail price of a filter and the dealer price of the same filter. I'd be happy to let you change the filters at a fair profit, but the markups make me feel taken advantage of. I opted to do it myself. Went to the auto parts store, had curbside pickup of the filter and changed it in less than 5 minutes. More

The air conditioning in my 2017 Subaru doesn't work. I brought my Subaru back to the dealership that I bought it from, and all went well. The only frustrating part of my experience was having to wait in line at least 20 minutes to fill the loaner car with gas at the nearest gas station....which came to a grand total of $1.55. More
