Need appointment or not? I've been to told in the past that I didn't need an appointment for standard service. In fact I was discouraged from making one. However, it would have been nice if the different Service Agreements could have been explained BEFORE I came to an agreement with the salesperson on the length of payments & the monthly amount of my payments. I bought the basic amount of service, which increased my interest rate 1% & my payments by about $50@ month & extended the time an additional 9 months. It would be better Customer Service if this was all done at the time a customer initially agrees to the terms of the purchase of the car. More
