We had in mind to review the brand new 2019 Ascent, since learning about it earlier this year. We wanted to compare pricing via the Costco auto program, as Bloomington was the listed dealer. Unfortunately the Ascent being a completely new model, there wasn't a Costco discount. But, via a very warm interaction with Shirl Lee, it really didn't concern us. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with her and her full knowledge of this gorgeous new Subaru! Our sights were on the Limited model, but unsure of color choices. She helped us decide this as well, and reviewed all the options/accessories. We cannot be more pleased, loving our new car and Shirl's followup with our questions. Luther dealerships and employees do keep their customer's priorities first. More

Natasha's voicemail doesn't work - good grief. We were told we needed cam carrier reseal work $1500 to $2000 - brought to our regular mechanic for second opinion. Simple oil change I get my oil change every time it is needed. The first time was synthetic, recommended by the dealer. The next time I was told synthetic fro the servi I get my oil change every time it is needed. The first time was synthetic, recommended by the dealer. The next time I was told synthetic fro the service advisor.. When I went to pay, i questioned the price being low. They put regular oil in it because that is what Acura recommends. Why the confusion on something as simple as the type of oil coming from the Acura service dept. they offered to drain it, and replace with synthetic, but I didn’t have time. More
