Not satisfied at all Anytime I have had more then the most basic service done here I leave thinking should I go back. I'm at the point now where I'm deciding to answer NO. It's never just one big thing that I am frustrated with it is a series of small things. For example they always run over the estimated time, and I'm not talking about just a few minutes it's the we need another day type of thing. You would think as busy as they are they would be able to estimate time better. With this last service when they told me 3:00 PM I knew I was going to get a call saying they would need another day. I got 3 days of these calls. The first day when they called at the end of the day they said there were almost done with one piece of the work and still weren't sure yet what was causing the other problem. When I spoke with John who I think is a Luther customer service rep he seemed to not care that much saying that this isn't normal for them. When I said I was likely going to go to their competition next time he said they have issues and that there was likely nothing he could do to make thing right rather then try. The people who I have worked with have always been friendly and kind so its not like I have had a totally bad experience. From my experience they seem to drop the ball repeatedly on a lot of little things. So to this is basically a straw that broke the camel's back situation. More
