The waiting area is clean and comfortable and there is a nice separate play area for kids. There are TVs, food, drink, and a clean restroom. Our service guy Leo was friendly and kept us updated periodically so we were never wondering what was going on. We got two cars from this place and if we got another we'd come back here for the service alone. Shirl wasn't part of our service visit but we have to give her a shout out for her great l help with our purchase. More

I was told she could not drive this loaner unless she showed up & signed paperwork. This was trouble for us & we had to rush back on the 2nd time because she needed to drive for her next appointment. We were not happy & soneone should had told us, so we could alter our schedule for my wife to drop off. More
