They worked me in very quickly with an issue I had identified after hours on a Friday night. I left a phone message for service and Christopher Kaufman called me back when they opened the following d identified after hours on a Friday night. Christopher set up an appointment for Monday, and they seamlessly transferred me to Alex Anderson, as Christopher was not working that day. They made a very thorough review of issues, and started work after I had approved the effort. They called me back with any additional work added and we discussed the pros and cons of doing each step. My bill was expensive, but they did multiple things that I knew needed to be done. I have not had any trouble since on any of the areas where they performed maintenance. Well done! More

I bought my 2016 Outback here. Last October they replaced the battery. In April car would not start while at a drive through window. Brought it in and dealer said everything fine a Last October they replaced the battery. In April car would not start while at a drive through window. Brought it in and dealer said everything fine and updated software, which should help. Two weeks later car would not start again. Brought it in and all checked out again. Stumped I asked to have replace battery as it has 3-year warranty. They would not do that as battery tested fine and they needed to see it fail. With no other option I will replace battery on my own and buy a portable charger, but in my opinion they should have replaced battery at very least to eliminate that as a source of the failure. Now I’ll drive my 2016 Outback hoping it does not fail again at an inopportune time. They were very professional, just made wrong call for customer service. More
