Adrian, my customer service rep was great . He was very thorough, he explained everything along the way. An oil change was done and tire rotation and overall check. Adrian even sent me pictures of filters that he recommended having changed. He even addressed a possible paint issue I have on the hood of my car. He and another rep tried “Goof-off” and tried buffing out the two spots in question. Couldn’t get spots out but recommend going to a car detailer. They were very insightful. It was easy to get an appointment, but had to be scheduled two weeks away. I would have thought they could have ordered the parts so that they would have been ready instead of having to make a secon scheduled two weeks away. Took over 2 weeks to get my genesis in for an appt. Could not drive while I waited. Had difficulty reaching service. Didnt have thethermostat in stock which caused delay. Did not get updates as promised in a timely manner. On a positive note Hyundai did cover part of the fees. Quoted $1100 to replace a thermostat which should not go bad with only 50k miles. Poor engineering design making it very hard to access. Had a water pump replaced at 40k miles. The car rides beautifully but no longer trust the reliability of this car and would not purchase another.If buying used get a certified car. If Hyundai thinks they build a great car they should not reduce the warranty length to the 2nd owner. That move hurts resale on a brand that is striving for market share. More
