The service representative acted like they had never heard of the coupons on your website and was hesitant to honor them. They did not know the difference between a conventional oil change vs a full syn heard of the coupons on your website and was hesitant to honor them. They did not know the difference between a conventional oil change vs a full synthetic and when questioned about how many miles until the next oil change said it is the same increment. After oil change was done, car was not washed, I had to ask them to. Upon driving home I noticed that the sticker they put on my windshield said my next service was due in 3700 miles which is far too soon for a full synthetic oil change. Full synthetic should be good for between 10-15k miles. Weather minimally decreases the life span. When I called to question whether they actually put full synthetic like I was charged, they again reiterated that whether it is conventional or synthetic, it is still every 3700 miles which I know to be inaccurate otherwise why would anyone pay double for full synthetic. They also did not put a date on my windshield sticker and instead wrote “thanks” in the date box. In conclusion, I have serviced my cars at this dealership for the last 12+ years, purchased multiple cars from you myself and brought my entire extended family along with friends to make purchases from Luther Hyundai. Every time I come in I feel less and less valued. It is so unfortunate. I will be looking to take my business to another dealership in the future that will value my patronage and look to encourage long-term, repeat business rather than trying to get me for everything they can unconcerned if I come back. More
