All the people were really nice. But, I was VERY disappointed they couldn't take my new car starter out from my trade in!! Finally, the finance person didn't tell us when we bought the 3000 extended warranty that we had to pay a deductible with each visit.The price was ok- found another similar vehicle for about the same price. I know I sound mostly negative, but at my age(68), I have bought alot of cars. We love the vehicle! More
