The work was done very quickly and professionally. I waited in the waiting area which was very comfortable and was assured I'd be given a rental if the work took to long which I appreciated. All the people were really nice. But, I was VERY disappointed they couldn't take my new car starter out from my trade in!! Also was promised coverage for the first 3 months and a gas card, which the disappointed they couldn't take my new car starter out from my trade in!! Also was promised coverage for the first 3 months and a gas card, which they forgot to give me and after many emails, I just got it,(almost a month and a half later)! My sales person was Joe. Finally, the finance person didn't tell us when we bought the 3000 extended warranty that we had to pay a deductible with each visit.The price was ok- found another similar vehicle for about the same price. I know I sound mostly negative, but at my age(68), I have bought alot of cars. We love the vehicle! More
