Finance Department I was not impressed by price or length of your extended warranty. I called your finance department, spoke with someone and he told me he would look in I was not impressed by price or length of your extended warranty. I called your finance department, spoke with someone and he told me he would look into more options for me and call me back. He never called, so I called the next night and got a voicemail. I left a message and my phone number and never received a call back. I feel this was very unprofessional and I will never purchase another vehicle from a Luther dealership again!!! More

Fantastic 5 Star service every time I had my new car in for work, and it needed a new starter. Austin was amazing with his communication, and even stayed after hours to make sure my car I had my new car in for work, and it needed a new starter. Austin was amazing with his communication, and even stayed after hours to make sure my car was cared for after being dropped off by the tow truck. They got me a loaner car the next day and everything was covered, and they notified me once the car was ready for pickup. No issues whatsoever.
