Paul did a great job and took the time to listen and match us to the exact car for our needs. If I had to point out any negatives, it was that the $500 gift card deal is a sham to get customers to purchase financing options they don't necessarily need or want. Even with the gift card, the cheapest option we were given to use it raised our monthly payment. Also, Paul is a fantastic sales person and we would go to him again -- but, he spent a very long long time coaching and directing us to rate him with all perfect scores on the reviews. He's a great sales person but customers DO NOT LIKE to be told what to do or how to review a sale. I now feel like I absolutely have to review him perfectly or else he will be spoken to in the office. Luther CLEARLY needs to rethink its policy regarding salesperson reviews. More
