Excellent customer service from Chico and the finance person. Chico took the time to explain all of the features of the new vehicle. He was patient with us throughout the process while we waited for th person. Chico took the time to explain all of the features of the new vehicle. He was patient with us throughout the process while we waited for the vehicle we ordered. He was always kind and respectful. We are disappointed we did not get the color of the vehicle we wanted as we could not wait any longer. However, that is not Chico's fault. The finance person was also very kind, respectful and friendly. He and Chico made us feel like valued customers and they both provided us with outstanding customer service. We wish all car dealerships had employees like these two employees. More
