They are always overbooked and take forever just for complimentary oil changes. Online appointment schedule on the computer is broken so you always have to call for appointments. I drop my car off with agreement to pick up in 2 hours, the car isn’t ready for 4 hours! I saw at least 6 cars at a time every 30 minutes coming out, but mine never came for 4 hours for an oil change? Then I’m missing a tire stem cap. They also had the wrong mileage check on the windshield stickers last time so I brought the car in about 2000 mile’s early. Everyone in the waiting room is frustrated by the long wait times as well. Sold too many cars with the 3 yearscomplimentary maintenance for their service center to handle. More

I have to go in for a third time to get a gas cover door replaced because they keep not ordering the right parts. I've heard the head unit replaced in My 2018 Genesis G80 3 times under warranty. This original issue has persisted after each repair. It's been a week and I have not heard back from a service manager as promised. This dealership does not respect my time and I get getting very frustrated. More
