Dealership, is ok however there are areas that can be increased on the repair side. I wasn’t happy to bring my car to the dealer for same problem. The time necessary for an oil change was misrepresented over the phone. It was said it would take an hour. When I checked in, I was told it would be an hour and 30 minutes. An oil change takes 25 minutes a over the phone. It was said it would take an hour. When I checked in, I was told it would be an hour and 30 minutes. An oil change takes 25 minutes at most elsewhere. To be competitive, you cannot require an hour and 30 minutes to change oil. More
