From 12/5/2023 Review- Made a morning appointment to get a check engine light addressed. Didn't get to it the entire day and had to go back again the next day. They did shuttle me to work both days free of a check engine light addressed. Didn't get to it the entire day and had to go back again the next day. They did shuttle me to work both days free of charge. This is still an issue 2 years later! Similar experience where we left the vehicle with the dealership at 8am for a check engine light warning and by 520pm still had not heard anything from service department despite calling them at 2pm and 5pm to find out if the truck could be picked up. Still no truck and no diagnosis on the check engine light warning. Could improve on the communication since we were told at 2pm by Thomas that he would find out from the technician and call back. Never received a call back. More
