Horrible experience. Had a shuttle schedule to ride back home and end up taking Uber back. After getting a new tire technician didn't even balance all the air in the tire and just put air in the new one to standard. All air in 4 tires do not balance at all. What a horrible service. More
Poor communication. I asked the tech to let me know if the service was going to be longer than 2 hoirs to let me know, so I could go home via shuttle. He never yold me and I sat there for over 3 1/2 hours. Then he charged me for a service that was plain as day they knew of the problem by lifting up the hood. I was charged 130.00 for a "diagnostic test" and I confronted him amd his response was "oh, sorry" and carried on with someone else. What a joke, and a rip off. Also, he kept saying oh you need this and that done with your mileage. Now, I am questioning if they even rotated my tires. I'll never come to this dealership again. I'll drive the 45 minutes one way to a dealership, where they don't nickel and dime you. In addition, when I came into the dealership there were so many techs and people coming up to my vehicle it was mass chaos, because I didn't know who was who amd I was spun around trying to talk to someone to get checked in. I went from one side of the service garage to the other. You have way too many people working there. This dealership needs organization. I was confused and I shouldn't have been. More
