Jamie Raduns did a great job in the sales process. She knew the technology of the truck, which is pretty extensive, and did a great job of going over the features and how to use them. She also removed the added $299.00 price for a 3rd brake light flasher. I guess this is a standard adder option at this Luther dealership. I commented it was bad form to be adding options without customer approval. This is no reflection on the salesperson, Jamie, but I got a call the morning I was picking up the truck that it wasn't going to be ready. They had to send it out to get to get some shipping protective plastic off. Seeing they had the truck for about a week before delivery, they must have started cleaning it the morning of delivery - which left them no room for unexpected problems. Not good form. All in all the truck was clean and ready the next day and everyone I dealt with did a good job and the paperwork went smoothly. More
