I have had nothing but problems. I ordered an add on remote start that was supposed to take 2 hours to install and my wife waited 8 hours over 2 days to install something that doesnt work. No pressure, good people, fair deal Chris Brown was my main point of contact and it was like dealing with a friend. They are not the negative stereo type car dealership. I realize a lot of dealers have learned that repeat customers want to be treated well, but this is the second new Jeep Cherokee I has purchase here and I always start from zero when I am looking to buy, but they are earning priority consideration. This last case the gave me the best price, but I value being treated well also. More

Jamerson is your guy!!! But avoid their financing Jamerson and Ray were very helpful sales staff. I would seek him out again to work with on a vehicle purchase. The only reason I won't give a 5 star was the finance person we dealt with. We have perfect credit scores and wanted to put about half down on the vehicle. Being a CPA I wanted a low rate and didn't care much on the payment since we would have it paid off within the year. He gave us no options and didn't explain why he didn't take our input into consideration. He made the loan for nearly the whole value of the vehicle and the rate was nearly 2% higher than our local credit union. We pushed on it and he just kept saying "If you want to pay a higher interest rate we can do that, but didn't give us the option to use our CU since it was after hours and they wanted the deal done that night" I would have liked more transparency from him and felt that we were taken advantage of in the finance area to meet quota's for how many loans were written through certain companies. I would not do financing again with Luther. More
