When I needed to figure out what to do with my 15 year old, not running Jeep Liberty, she wrangled her Luther team to send over a tow truck. When I couldn't find my title, she said, no worries, we'll get you a duplicate. I cannot have been the easiest customer to create a deal for, but she and the whole Luther team made me feel like the easiest, valued customer.
