I went in to this car dealership extremely nervous. I was 23 at the time, recently graduated from college with student debt and this would essentially be my first car shopping experience alone as an adult. The crazy part about my car deal was that most of it was actually done on the phone. The way I see it, there are 3 major car dealerships in the Twin Cities area. When I told Victor the best price that was offered to me by one of the other dealers, he started working right away with his finance guys to get me a better deal. The other dealers were not willing to offer me acceptable pricing with my trade-in which had some negative equity. My personal situation was a bit complicated because along with the negative equity, I also had money coming back from a warranty reimbursement of the vehicle I would be trading in. The price Victor quoted me on the phone was really, really nice. He took my trade-in and his offer was very reasonable. Here comes the only complaint I have about my experience- The trade-in manager evaluated my car and informed me we'd have to put new tires on it in order for them to sell it. Two of those tires were very new, but they insisted on replacing all four of them. I ended up paying probably double of what I would have considered reasonable for four new tires per our agreement, which all got added into my payment. Still, after all the dust settled with the warranty reimbursement I'm essentially paying less per month for this vehicle than the lowest price I was offered from any other dealership under the exact same terms had I simply bought the vehicle and sold my previous one privately. So looking back, I'm happy with the deal I got. As far the customer experience, the process was painless and went by unbelievably quick. Through my nervousness, Victor tried to make my experience as fun as possible. I can tell that both customer service and reaching his sales goals are equally important to him. Having somebody on staff who is able to balance both of those things is so valuable to a car sales business. It's the reason why I will go back to Victor for my next car deal. He listened to my problem, aligned with me, gave me one hell of a deal and did everything he could to try and make my experience enjoyable. More

Dealing with dealerships was not so hot, until I found my BFF's at Luther Brookdale. Victor was kind, cool, easy going and did not try and up-sell or deceive us. We felt as comfortable as a new born baby wrapped snug in a blanky. I trust Victor Wiley, I trust him like a son and would be honored if my daughters one day married a young man like him. I don't have daughters, but if i did they would be adorable and I would give them Victor's number. Oh, Victor also threw in weather Tech carmats! Now Al Maze the finance manager was quick and easy to deal with. Plus he was good lookin', charming and I trust the crap out of him too! Our finance process was so fast and never once did I feel like we were gettin' hosed. I would trust Al with Alllllll my money. We got one heck of a great deal from Al and Victor! More

Admittedly, I'm a very picky person so I noticed a teeny few issues on my new Jeep that I wanted them to be fixed and they did- they were very open and understanding! I also got a great deal on top protection package while buying it, you really can't beat that price! I really can't thank enough to Ross for making it happen. He worked pretty hard to make sure everything goes smooth for my new Jeep. He's a very hard worker, go-getter and professional. And I have to thank Benji for making my finance goes perfectly- no wonder he's a whiz at financing! He absolutely made sure that I was able to afford for my new Jeep on monthly payments. He successfully made a loan along with warranty lifetime for me. Thumb ups for him! As for Micheal, I also have to thank him for receiving the top protection package with warranty. He was very understanding about what I wanted the best for my new Jeep. He was very informative and knowledge about the products. I don't regret meeting and doing the business with them at all. What a great experience I was at another dealer closer to home on Friday morning and got frustrated by what seemed like xx about their pricing & assessment of my trade. So doing more inquiries I called Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge & got a good feeling as I talked to Heath Zimmerman. So decided to make the 40 mi trip. As I arrived Heath was busy with another customer & handed me to Matt Smith. Another salesman whom I assumed would be Hard sell. Boy I was wrong!! Matt was about as much a smart xxx as I am. Good deal in my opinion. Matt had a good knowledge of my intended model and was able to address the recalls I've red about. We came to a tentative agreement on the Jeep but I also needed to discuss this with my wife. The next day I was able to secure the banking concerns & make the trek from home by 11:00. When I arrived I was informed that the car needed to be prepped since it recently came off the transport & was still "gift wrapped". Gave us time to deal with all the ancillaries for the cash purchase and to give me the $.10 cent tour of the dealership. It was about 1:00 when I drove off in our new Grand Cherokee. All said I had a good to great experience & will recommend this dealer & specially Matt or Heath to anyone looking for a new car. I am a hard grader when it comes to car purchases and the prices of these things . I ended spending quite a bit more than I intended but I also think I couldn't have done much better else where. More

Totally my own fault, but slightly disappointed by the overall experience. More

While there I went to the showroom to look at the new Chrysler Pacifica. I was approached by Mr. Victor Wiley, new car salesman. What questions I had of the car he answered. His knowledge of the vehicle amazed me so much that when my wife and I returned I asked for Mr. Wiley. He was busy so one of the other sales persons, Tom, stepped in until Mr. Wiley finished. Victor helped pick the car we wanted and got us a fair trade-in on our previous car, We came back the next day and worked with Mr. Al Maze. He was very professional and got us through the financing quickly. Everyone we worked with was polite and made us feel like part of the Luther family. Thank you very much Victor, Al, and Tom. More
