High Level of Customer Service Experience I just bought a Ram truck from Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My sales person, Kayla Benson, worked hardto address my needs and concerns when putting the deal together, She utilized resources in the dealership to efficiently provide needed info and provide a high level of customer service and experience though out the transaction. I also appreciated, Tim Miller, explaining options w/regards to financing and service packages, to meet my needs. I love my Jeep I needed to upgrade my 03 Liberty and wanted to take the Renegade for a test drive. I had a few must haves- heated seats & moon roof and Brian found the perfect Jeep for me. It was love at first drive! I've had my Renegade for 3 weeks and it is so much fun to drive. Plus, I got several upgrades I didn't ask for- heated steering wheel, remote start and my favorite - My Sky! Thanks Brian & Al for getting me into this sweet ride! You two were absolutely the best. Chrysler 300 I want to thank the team at Luther Brookdale Chrysler. Nicole in service, Mike the service manager,and all the techs whom worked with me on the vehicl I want to thank the team at Luther Brookdale Chrysler. Nicole in service, Mike the service manager,and all the techs whom worked with me on the vehicle, Heath Zimmerman, Scott Hanson and Scott the GM. My brand new Chrysler 300 didn't want to work after a week of having it. It went in the shop on Nov. 21st and has been there till today, something electrical. They have worked with me even though I haven't been the happiest person to deal with. The had given some options and they were to my satisfactory. I just wanted to say I have enjoyed being in the Luther family, I bought 2 other cars from them in 06 and again now in 15, and thank you to the team that has been working with me. More

Victor was so good at helping me get the car that I wanted and with all the things on it that were important to me to have a good driving experience. He was very patient and kind. I didn't understand some of the electronics in the car and he took the time to explain and show me how to operate them. Tim Miller helped me seamlessly get through the financial paperwork . He was very kind and patient with me as well. I've bought my last 3 cars here and will continue to use them for my car needs. The service dept is very good as well More

Great customer service I have purchased two Jeeps from Luther. I had been shopping for my second Jeep for weeks and was on a deadline because I was driving to MT and needed I have purchased two Jeeps from Luther. I had been shopping for my second Jeep for weeks and was on a deadline because I was driving to MT and needed a new vehicle for the drive. Heath at Luther worked very hard hunting down the perfect vehicle for me (and I am a high maintenance customer who had specific Jeep requirements!) Heath found a Jeep at a different dealership and worked out a deal to purchase through them for me. I had my Jeep two days before my journey to MT and I love it. More
