Excellent ExpressLane service that saved me money!!! Today I went in for an oil change as well as a tire rotation (that I thought I needed) through their "ExpressLane" service center. In very short orde Today I went in for an oil change as well as a tire rotation (that I thought I needed) through their "ExpressLane" service center. In very short order my car was ready at which time they informed me that they had performed a needed computer update (for free) and that I didn't need the tire rotation based on their records (saving me about $25). Put together a sweet deal When my daughter's car needed to be replaced, we connected with Justin to identify a car she could afford that would be very reliable. He was patient with us as he looked for the right fit. He was honest, straight forward, and low pressure. He really knows his stuff, with car mechanic experience, prior to selling cars. Benji worked on the financing with us, stressing the importance of getting the extended warranty, which my daughter really wanted, but didn't think she could afford. He explained the importance of developing a great credit score by paying on time, every time, and encouraging my daughter to pay the principal down a little bit at a time to pay off the loan sooner. Great financial advise, and put together a payment that would work for us, with a trade in allowance that was fair. Thanks for the great Luther teamwork. I highly recommend the Justin/Benji team!! 1 hr 40 min Oil Change w/ Appointment. I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for an oil change. Was told when I did the initial paperwork and dropped off the truck that it would take 45-60 minut I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for an oil change. Was told when I did the initial paperwork and dropped off the truck that it would take 45-60 minutes. At 8:45 I was still waiting in the lobby so I walked in to find out how much longer it would be. It turns out my truck was just finished but was sitting in the bay. After running back and forth trying to find my paperwork I was finally out there shortly after 9:00. I don't understand how an oil change with an appointment can take 1hr and 40 mins especially a half hour after the shop opens. This is the 2nd time out of my last 3 oil changes that this has happened (however after the first time they did provide me with a free oil change). More
