Our sales person, Mariana Russell, could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable, accessible and organized. We had very specific vehicle features that we were looking for and Mariana w more helpful. She was very knowledgeable, accessible and organized. We had very specific vehicle features that we were looking for and Mariana worked diligently to find a vehicle that was exactly what we wanted. When there were no matching cars in Luther’s inventory, she located the car we wanted at another dealer 200 miles away and arranged a dealer swap. The day after we picked our car up, she made herself available via FaceTime to answers any new questions we had. I tried to pay my down payment with a personal check and wasn't informed until I showed up at the dealership that I had to go and get a cashiers check instead.
