One of the worst vehicle sales experience of my life! My husband was ready to walk out of the dealership after 5 minutes with Myron, but I knew what I wanted and didn't want to loose out on the vehicle. My husband was ready to walk out of the dealership after 5 minutes with Myron, but I knew what I wanted and didn't want to loose out on the vehicle. When we walked in they called for someone in sales, Myron walked up to my husband and was standoffish/ not friendly. We didn't learn Myron's name nor did he know ours until we started the finance paperwork and we needed to email him something. We walked in knowing what we wanted and Myron said, "I can already tell you, 2 of those aren't here" instead of saying, sorry let me show you something else, ect. It felt like we were an inconvenience to him. At one point after we had told Myron what we wanted, he rudely asked, "do you even know what you want?" As we were taking the vehicle on a test drive, another sales associate I believe his name was Jamerson said hi and made small conversation! We had more interaction with Jamerson who was not out sales man! After completing the finance application, Myron left us at his desk and we did not speak with him until we were finished with all the paperwork and walked out to drive away with our vehicle! More

It was an ok expert but not great. The financing piece and the car detail left some to be desired. After waiting for hours, I wasn’t willing to fight it. I just wanted to get the heck out of there. Ill just refinance right away.
