As somebody who is ignorant with car related issues, Alex was patient and understanding. He was extremely helpful and transparent with me on all the repairs that needed to be made. I have never been so disappointed with a Honda dealer for service. I had initiate all action required to order and replace a bent rim. Out of 12 phone calls / messages to the service manager he returned 0 service. I had initiate all action required to order and replace a bent rim. Out of 12 phone calls / messages to the service manager he returned 0. I had to visit him face to face 3 times to get information and ensure the rim got ordered / installed. More
