Very low quality customer service I felt like I brought my car in for a 20 dollar oil change and paid 100 dollars and it took absolutely forever. Customer service reps didn’t even speak to me or ask me what I wanted really they just took over and did the job. I had no idea where to go, who to talk to really, where to pay for my service. I didn’t even have any idea where my car was located after my service; nobody told me where my car was left. I had to go looking for it. Total ripoff and very poor customer service. More
