Very poor experience. I previously leased a vehicle with this location and it was a great experience. However, this time it was very disorganized. I told him multiple times my address had change; nevertheless, I had to come back the next day to resubmit paper work. He seeemed rather desperate to close the sale and was trying to rush me through the whole process. Furthermore, rather than giving me an estimate on how long the resubmission would take, he walked away. Had to go back three times because the sales associate made several blunders that I pointed out multiple times, but ensured me they were fine. More

Overall good service Just 2 complaints I have is that last year no one came to get me when my car was done. Yesterday, when I pulled in with my car, a service consultsnt told me to wait by my car and ut’ll be just a moment. I waited for about 10 minutes. She didn’t come back. Maurice came over to ask me if I had been helped. I also wish I had been told ahead of time that my 30,000 mile maintanence fee is about 7 times mores than priir maintanence fees. More
