Working with Dave Mix was great! He answered all my questions and took some time to show me all the available Honda Pilot within my price range. So I traded in my Honda CRV- Dealer offered me very low trade in and I was disappointed. Anyway, Alex managed to find financing through American Honda Financing and the rate was very high due to my bad credit. Dave did stay in constant communication throughout the whole process even thought it took several hours to complete. While I went to the dealer to look at the 2010 CRV, after a test drive of the Insight, I made the decision to purchase the hybrid. I was pleased with the fetures, the MPG, price and color choices. I really like this car. And I never visited the other dealerships. This is my third Honda. I think I will be a Honda driver for the rest of my life. More
