Chad was awesome, TWICE! The first time we left feeling confident about our purchase. No buyers remorse at all. Three months later. After a freak accident, Chad helped us again. He tried to do everything he could virtually as I was injured. He even delivered the car to our house! My plates came in and we stopped by and he put them on for us. I just wanted to let every who dealt with my wife and myself ( Bill and Jennie ) was very polite and knowledgeable about all questions put to them. I really liked the text update as I was able to plan my day and still get information on the progress of our vehicle. I'm sorry but I can not remember the main representative ( lost his card )at the repair center that helped me but he very knowledgeable, good listener, great at his job. Please make sure that he understands that his efforts were greatly appreciated. I have only used the service center but if the sales department is as good as the service I will be back. Thank you. This should of been set-up before I drove away with car. Here's another suggestion: there should be a dedicated person to go over setting up and going over how to use the car computer and all of the settings like the GPS. Unfortunately, my salesman was too busy to help me. More

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, install of roof rack crossbars and a tow hitch. It took Luther 2.5 days to complete at $800. We got half way home which is 30 minutes away and had to turn aro roof rack crossbars and a tow hitch. It took Luther 2.5 days to complete at $800. We got half way home which is 30 minutes away and had to turn around because they wired something wrong when the hitch was installed and we lost sound on the speakers on one side. 1.5 more days to fix and all we got was a sorry from Luther. You would think they would have at least offered a free oil change and tire rotation. More

Cheap shot I thought being a return customer and part of the Luther family, my brother works for them, that there would be no lies and hustles.....boy was I wron I thought being a return customer and part of the Luther family, my brother works for them, that there would be no lies and hustles.....boy was I wrong. Car looked great, but had a knock on start up. Was told it was ok just from sitting, they would change the oil and it would be fine. Horrible so far, it burns massive amounts of oil, about a quart a week, the rear struts were not connected properly had to have it fixed. The bad, found that the remote for locks is "tricky" when its wet out. Then had an honest mechanic look it over well, will need to get brakes completely done. The good, the color is great the seals are ok and very little rust. Seats are clean and the radiator doesnt leak. I am NEVER going to them again and wont recommend them to anyone else!!! More
