Last fall we purchased a 2017 soul red Mazda CX-5 with 20,000 miles from Luther Mazda. We have always purchased GM vehicles in the past and were new to Mazda and Luther's dealership. Marine did a very good job educating us on Mazda, explaining all of the accessories and taking us for a test drive. We were sold in 10 minutes, the car had every extra you could think of and handled beautifully. It is February now and we have washed the CX-5 multiple times every week utilizing Luther's car wash / gas discount card. Each time we washed the car I was discovering little hail dents that we did not notice during our purchase, we also found a cigarette butt inside. We like our vehicles to look new and we are particular about keeping them clean inside so I was getting very frustrated! It is months now after our purchases and we figured Luther was not obligated to fix the dents we didn't identify during the purchase. As I stated, we like our vehicles to look new so I reached out to Excel Dent Removal for an estimate on repairs. Plans were to proceed with repairing the vehicle, but I thought Luther should know my disappointment in our purchase so I emailed Marine Finney. Marine responded quickly and was very apologetic in regards to our discoveries (i.e. hail dents and cigarette butts) and proceeded to take action with management at Luther. We were pleasantly surprised when Marine responded to say "Luther" took great pride in customer satisfaction and would repair the hail dents and detail clean the vehicle at no charge. I honestly didn't think there were any large companies out there anymore that really cared, I was flabbergasted that Luther was stepping up to the plate. I have shared my great Luther experience with family members and friends and will continue to do so for years to come. I sincerely appreciate the great customer service I received thus far and will seriously look at purchasing more vehicles from Luther's in the future. More

Since I started to buy our cars Mazdas CX-5, back on 2015; we are so fortunate find a great sales person Chad.
