I can’t wait until my lease is up. I’ve had to buy new tires at 25k miles and I’ve been going to Mazda dealership with all my oil changes and they are able to tell us everything else that needs to be chan tires at 25k miles and I’ve been going to Mazda dealership with all my oil changes and they are able to tell us everything else that needs to be changed but failed to bring up rotating tires. The defrost system is terrible. We have to bring towels with just to wipe down all windows every time we drive. There are other things as well. It was not a great purchase but we are stuck with it for another year. It’s more than just the service, it’s the Mazda in general. More

Poor Customer Service We worked with Eric Palmer on the purchase of our 2019 Mazda CX5. During the test drive we notice tree sap on the car and asked if we could get the ca We worked with Eric Palmer on the purchase of our 2019 Mazda CX5. During the test drive we notice tree sap on the car and asked if we could get the car detailed before purchasing and if they would fix the broken license plate cover on the front of the car. Eric stated he would request this when sending the car over to the service department .He also stated that he would make sure the gas tank was topped off as we had driven 160 miles. The car was washed but there was still tree sap so Eric used rubbing alcohol to try to remove the sap. We noticed halfway home when fueling up (since they failed to top the tank off for us) that they did not repair the broken license plate cover. Eric noticed before we left that they did not top the tank off so he stated "A deal is a deal, I will mail you a gas card" We never received a gas card in the mail so I emailed Eric. He responded stating he sent it certified and would look into it. That was a month ago now and still no gas card! I called to speak to a Manager about our experience and was transferred to the Mangers voice mail. I left my name and number and never received a return call. Luther, you lost a Customer! We will never return or refer you to Family or Friends due to the horrible customer service! More
