3rd car in 7 years and still happy with everything I feel confident with the knowledge of the mechanics. They answer all my questions and offer advice so I can help others in my family. I enjoy the waiting area to do my work and catch up on the news. My original purchase was the first time I EVER took my car to the dealership for work and no one touched that car ever again except Luther Brookdale. I just purchased another vehicle and this makes it the 3rd car purchased from Luther Brookdale and it was just as easy and pleasant as the first time. We chose Luther the first time because they were nearby when i said i wanted to do a test drive and i walked out with a car that day. We chose Luther the next 2 times because I have not had a bad moment at any visit since that day in 2013. I can stop by at anytime to say Hi, grab some popcorn, sit in a new car and not feel pressured to buy. More

Not as Good as Expected I have shopped at other Luther dealerships and my experience at those dealerships was pretty good. So I had high expectations for Mazda Luther. The de I have shopped at other Luther dealerships and my experience at those dealerships was pretty good. So I had high expectations for Mazda Luther. The dealership was decent during the shopping phase but things went south during the pickup. The car was filthy during the shopping phase and we were told not to worry about it because it would be detailed. The car was still very dirty after the detailing and the salesman was not willing to do a walkaround to even discuss our concerns. We were handed the keys and after the financing went through we were on out way. We also had an appointment with the salesman and he was very busy with other customers all night and gave us very little of his attention. In summary I felt we were not properly taken care of and maybe this is how Luther treats all used car transactions. Previous good experiences were with new cars. More
