Lack of Service I recently purchased a new vehicle and had additional features added. They provided me a rental at no cost, however I never got notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I stopped in to see if it was ready, I waited around to be seen. Then, I was brought to the front to get my keys. When I asked where my car was parked, it was simply, parked out back somewhere. So, I had to go find my vehicle. When I got inside, my new leather seats and doors had grease stains from the installation. When I brought the issue up to the service counter, the guy was to busy playing on his phone to help me and said to just wait around and someone would get to me. (I literally told him my issue and asked for a rag). This is after I was already there for 30mins. Overall, extremely dissatisfied. More

A very pleasant experience I decide to purchase a cx-5, I was outside looking at vehicles when Chad saw me, he approached, introduced himself and we proceed to talk cars, The re I decide to purchase a cx-5, I was outside looking at vehicles when Chad saw me, he approached, introduced himself and we proceed to talk cars, The really good thing about Chad, he never pushed. He asked what I was looking for, listened to my responses and his questions were always designed to find out what I wanted, not what he was going to try and sell. I felt very comfortable dealing with Chad. Later I went online to Luther Mazda and viewed their inventory, marked a couple vehicles I was interested in, notified Chad, set a time to meet, he had the car readily available and let me take a test drive. Afterwards we discussed price, trade in, quickly reaching an agreement. Two days later I came to purchase the car, John Sicsik was the finance person I dealt with, again was not pushy. He explained options and extras, when I said no he was fine with that and moved on to complete the purchase. I bought an extended warranty because I wanted more warranty than car payment. The whole experience was very professional and for me very painless. All people involved made this a very good experience. Finally, the cx-5 is really enjoyable vehicle to drive. More

Take a Mechanic and Attorney if you can. The salesman was nice when trying to sell you the car and get you the car that you want. Once getting the car all changes. They forget who you are. The salesman/women I will say are very nice and approachable but the managers here are horrible. Soon as I bought my car there was problems with it. Took it back they said shop for used cars would fix it. The guys in the shop rude not helpful. No phone number to check on car. Once I went to see why it was taking so long the guy said they sat my car there for 2 1/2 hours just to hear the noise, which the salesperson and myself heard instantly when turning off the air. They said it took another 3-4 hours for the part which they were supposed to already have since they schedule me an appointment to bring it in for the issue. 2weeks after getting the car I notice engine running very loud and hard. Took to Valvoline to find out there was close to no oil being in the car. Checked the vehicle history seeing oil hadn’t been done since June 2018 a yr from getting car. Took it back to dealership since manager Joe refused to return my calls after complaining that it also needed a wheel alignment and no oil was in car causing further damages to vehicle. Once there they sent the person who had been driving the car before I bought it to inspect it. Of course he bever heard the noise nor did they own up to checking vehicles oil before selling. They said no our guys check it they have too. Yet the sticker says one was due 11/2018. They said I can still drive the car although it has a line break somewhere in front because it will take 5-7 days to get part. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had and wish I took someone else that was more knowledgeable aboutcars with me. I bought a car from Luther 3yrs ago and never had soo many issues like I an having now. With the men Ton and Dom being soo very nice and helping me get a car I was interested in I recommended family and coworkers to go to them the day I went after all the awful experience working with Management I wouldn’t dare tell anyone to go there. If you do take a machine to read any errors that may have been erased and s Machanic. You can get a warranty but they will barely want to fix it. More
