I appriciate your nice, friendly and professional services. I used to go to Wayzata Mitsubishi, but they closed thier facility. I had a very miserable experience with Mazda service department. I was informed of their shuttle service, and was very excited to be able to drop off my vehicle and let them work on it without it interr department. I was informed of their shuttle service, and was very excited to be able to drop off my vehicle and let them work on it without it interrupting my work day. However, instead I was 45 minutes LATE to work, had to keep calling to find out the status of my Mazda (even though they told me they would call me and keep me informed). I then tried to be prepared and called early to let them know what time I would like to be picked up. Even though I had called early I ended up waiting outside, in the hot sun, for an hour to be picked up. The prices were 3-4x what my normal mechanic is (not kidding!). It was over $100 just to have them tell me why a light was going off in my car. I was really disappointed by this experience and will not be going back. More

I visited this dealership looking to get a car. Extremely pushy. Kept asking me to make a purchase on that day. Unwilling to provide the lowest price unless I commit to purchasing on that day (seems really s pushy. Kept asking me to make a purchase on that day. Unwilling to provide the lowest price unless I commit to purchasing on that day (seems really silly) and full of empty promises. I really regret wasting my time here. If and a big if they ever provided the lowest price, I rather pay more elsewhere because I just don't like they way they push the customers into making a decision ASAP. An advice to the dealers in luther, stop treating every customer as though you will be fired the next day if you don't make the sale. Being pushy ain't gonna get you nowhere. More
