ZERO STARS. I worked for Luther Brookdale Honda for a brief stint & could not stand GM Jimmy. Visiting Luther Brookdale Toyota to potentially purchase a new car, Sir Edvin aka Igor as we call him, exudes the same tude the sales people next door at Honda exude. The salesperson we spoke to was kind & patient & listened. Having worked in sales, I get how xxxx works. After trying to negotiate, the salesperson brings in Igor, one of the sales managers. Igor came in hot & heavy. Maybe he was having a bad day. Who TF cares, I sure didn't. Sat down & gave my husband & I attitude right off the bat. "What do you want to do? Tell me what you want? Give me a price." Bro tries to upsell me on a model I didn't even mention or want. Yikes, go get some endorphins somehow dude. I'm sitting here telling him what I'm wanting, my husband stepping in knowing very well I can handle myself-yet Igor is hellbent on being a d0uch3. Baby I'm sorry you have a rough personal life, but you can't go around acting like a mob boss. Huge turn off. I could tell the salesperson was mortified & embarrassed by how Daddy Igor was behaving. Igor lost his kid a sale. Is the Luther strip proving all of Luther is full of egoistical maniacs? My experience purchasing my Corolla at this same location years ago was better than this.
