We have purchased our last couple hybrids (Prius and a RAV4)at Brookdale and were very pleased with those experiences. When I need servicing when I am in town (I spend the winter in Florida), I always ha RAV4)at Brookdale and were very pleased with those experiences. When I need servicing when I am in town (I spend the winter in Florida), I always have the work done back at Brookdale - and I have always been satisfied with the service. My most recent visit involved new tires in addition to normal scheduled maintenance. I am pleased with the manner in which work done at my Toyota dealer in Florida is available on the computer here in Minnesota, and vice versa. I got a good price on the new tires , and since I got nearly 70,000 miles on my original RAV4 tires, I know that I got good value from them. When I couldn’t stay at the dealership while the new tires were installed, I was provided with a new loaner car - that whole process went very smoothly. The only negative I have relates to the fact that Brookdale doesn’t vacuum the mats before giving the car back to me after servicing- something that my Florida Toyota dealer always does. That is, however, just a nit that doesn’t detract from my overall positive rating. More

Well my car was taken there to Toyota for a recalled at 7:something am, I was promised to be called within two house but it was the opposite. I had to called at 1:30 or before 2: 00 PM and was told my ca 7:something am, I was promised to be called within two house but it was the opposite.
