Timeliness I had a 12:15 appointment and arrived a few minutes early. They took me in immediately. They said it be done in one hour and that was what it took. I was surprised that they did not wash the car thou. Also, usually I have picked up the car inside the garage but this time I needed help to find it out in the front lot. I have always had my car serviced at the dealer and shall continue to do so because I think they know the cars needs best. All the employees put the customer first. More
