I took a trip to Luther Brookdale Toyota. My heart in my throat, and my nerves wound up tighter than a spring. There I met Yuri. And I have to say, I am not only incredibly impressed with the service that he provided, I am also incredibly grateful to the time and attention that he gave me. Between him and the Finance specialists, I was able to obtain my first car loan, and drive away in a beautiful new(ish) car! He was even able to get me into the Service Area so I could inspect the car myself. Which, as someone who spent many years in the Auto Industry was very important to me.
