Purchased Toyota RAV4 I'm not a fan of car shopping, and had to go it alone this week which is even more intimidating. I never felt like she was trying to trick me into anything, and felt comfortable asking "dumb" questions. I would definitely work with her in the future. The dealership also offered me $1500 more on a trade-in than another dealership, and it was trade-in price that I was anticipating based on research. More

I've played the car buying game several times over the years and, in general, Toyota dealerships have consistently been easier to deal with than the o I've played the car buying game several times over the years and, in general, Toyota dealerships have consistently been easier to deal with than the other big name brands I've dealt with. This was my first time with Lynn and the Brookdale team. Thank you, Lynn, for staying late to help me out. As with all auto transactions, I went in with a big bag of scepticism. All my questions (and I had many...) were answered absent the vagueness and ambiguity that I've come to expect. My experience, from start to finish, was actually enjoyable (hard to believe right?). I've always been able to secure a fair deal while working with Toyota. But, after comparing my most recent purchase to those of the past, Lynn was able to get me a better deal than I thought possible. There are, however, a few things Lynn did not provide me with. I did not get any broken promises, no pressure to buy quick, and no BS. Lynn Floyd earned my trust and if you're in the market, you owe it to your self to let him earn yours away well. Thanks Lynn! They were willing to work with me on price, which was great, and the salesman wasn't overly pushy on add-ons, accessories, etc (I know they work on commission so I appreciate this). The only complaint I have is the trade-in offer I received. The vehicle I brought in to trade has a kbb of $5,000+ and they offered me $750, which was very insulting. Overall a positive experience, and I would recommend this dealer. Just do NOT try to trade anything in. More
