Appreciative and Satisfied I called Enrique about looking at a used, midsized sedan car. Previously this dealership had sent me out a notification about buying my used but stil I called Enrique about looking at a used, midsized sedan car. Previously this dealership had sent me out a notification about buying my used but still very capable Toyota. However, I had some reservations because I liked the vehicle in most respects. There were certain aspects of a vehicle purchase transaction I was to learn about with Enrique's gentle, Yet my current 2008 car had been digging progressively further into my pocket for normal repairs at its age and mileage, With Enrique's (and Bob Herrmann's capable and customer-focused help, I came to see that leasing a new vehicle would be the best way to go. Yes, I am paying more, but if I add all the repairs I made to the Scion that I'd purchased used, the payments would be much closer in range, This was an eyeopener. In addition, I brought a certain amount of negative equity to the table, which we are going to work out in a relatively short period of time. This is all with the great levels of service that I've become accustomed to from Shiwa and others in Service, all on my schedule! Enrique never flaunted it in the least (because he is well-mannered and graciously adult), but he can handle any quesions of an average auto consumer's level with a seasoned expert's adeptness. Of course, I would expect him to know the sales side but he partakes of a favorable combination of sales/people skills and technical expertise. Furthermore, he expresses himself well and is quiet and never rushes the buyer's decision. He works well with his colleagues, bringing Amanda (his supervisor) over to meet me and enter the conversation concerning my makes or breaks in fulfilling a mutually acceptable contract. Equal respect and balanced bargaining power were never issues here, Bob was courteous and his good-natured ease with the financial side, along with his popularity among customers (whose opinion I shared) made my visit to his office pleasant when it could have been stressful and unpleasant. I felt comfortable that these employees were trusted by the dealership and that they felt comfortable and not constrained to reach satisfactory terms with me, a customer who has bought from Luther before. All in all, I was grateful and trust I shall continue to be, with my sophisticated and quietly dignified Camry. Thank you, Luther! More

not good at all I'm not sure if I'll come back again to your service department. I was in on Saturday 1/30/16, to have oxygen sensors replaced. Very satisfied with my purchase Sooo... Let me first start out by saying that the beginning of 2016 just had to be the worse for me. Both of my 2 cars had broken down on me. So I was Sooo... Let me first start out by saying that the beginning of 2016 just had to be the worse for me. Both of my 2 cars had broken down on me. So I was looking online for cars. I originally wanted another car from the Honda dealer right next to the Toyota dealer. But unfortunately, when my husband and I got there, there was already a "sold" sign hanging on the rear view mirror. So we made our way next door. My husband wanted me to buy a Corolla, so we were looking around on the lot and Enrique came by and asked us if we needed help. He helped us and found the correct Corolla that we had found online. I test drove it, liked everything about it... only thing was, just was not feeling the space in the front. It was just too small and tight for me. When we got back to the dealer, Enrique did not pressure me into buying it. Instead, he asked me what I would like. So I said I would prefer a Camry over a Corolla. He said if we don't mind the price, he do remember them having a Camry for $300 more. We then went looking for it, but couldn't find it out on the lot. I did spot my Camry at first sight as we walked pass. That was the first one that caught my eyes and attention. I asked for all the prices on all of the white Camry's (yes, white is my fave color). He was nice enough to look them all up on the pieces of paper he was carrying. They were all a little over my price range. So we got back to the Camry I first laid eyes on. And it was within my range. We test drove it. Came back. Again, was not pressured into buying it. But I told him I would take. He was very nice, friendly, polite, and helpful the whole time he was helping us. He even helped us set up our bluetooth from our phones to my car. He also went through all the options and details of the interior of the car to us. In the end, I got the car I wanted, not the car I was pressured to buy, like how I experienced before at other places. This has got to be the best experience in all my car buyings. I would totally recommend to all my friends and families. More

We had visited the dealer a week earlier and Lynn set up test drives for us on few vehicles. No pressure to buy right away. Later in the week, I spotted the Pilot on their website and called Lynn. Lynn got right back to us and we drove the Pilot. We liked it and purchased it that evening. I enjoyed working with Lynn. He was knowledgeable and personable throughout the buying experience.
