The main reason I rated them as good was because I made an appointment, arrived 15-20 minutes early and it took almost an hour and a half. As usual everyone was polite and the waiting area is nice. I've usually dropped my vehicle off and either got a rental or shuttle to work so I'm not sure if this is the norm or not. I certainly wouldn't call this the "Xpress" oil change given how long it took. I had other things to do today and certainly would have done this some other time if I knew it would be that long. Next time I'll be sure to ask how long I can expect to be waiting. I will be going back sometime other than Friday afternoon next time to see how it goes. They were quite busy which is also why I didn't complain. More
