We looked thoroughly at two models and test drove several versions. Bill was extremely helpful, patient, and respectful. With his assistance we selected the great Prius that our son really likes. The paperwork around the sales contract was very efficiently and pleasantly facilitated by Bob Herrmann. We are returning buyers and the all-around pleasant buying experience will certainly make us come back for our next car need. More

Stopped in for an oil change, no appointment needed, & got in right away. Service advisor very courteous, & came to get me in the (very comfortable) waiting area when finished.
