Brad was very helpful, tried to reprogram my key for me, and still got me what I needed in the end, which resulted in the purchase of a new set of keys for my car, that they will then program for me so I wo and still got me what I needed in the end, which resulted in the purchase of a new set of keys for my car, that they will then program for me so I won't have to use both old keys to unlock and drive my car. The dealership was very thorough when it came to selling their products, but not very helpful when it came to saving money on their clients behalf. A thousand dollars in saved interest fees was blown off by their products, but not very helpful when it came to saving money on their clients behalf. A thousand dollars in saved interest fees was blown off by the finance manager as inconsequential in the bigger picture in order to close a sale faster. The salesman however, Dzmitry, was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling. Everything a salesman should be and more. My gripes stem more from the dealership than the individual salesman. More
