I would NEVER purchase another vehicle from them Ever Again! We’re not accommodating or helpful with my situation at all. The general manager was very rude and unhelpful and was actually trying to blame Again! We’re not accommodating or helpful with my situation at all. Unfortunately I have had to return to the dealership with the same issue to be fixed several times but not necessarily because of poor service. I was fortunate to recently get Sean (service mgr) involved thi the same issue to be fixed several times but not necessarily because of poor service. I was fortunate to recently get Sean (service mgr) involved this last time and he was exceptional in handling this issue with his service foreman. Sean was great about communicating their progress of fixing it and letting me know exactly what they are doing to resolve it. They both spent some extra time with me to share what they did to solve the issue and I am grateful for that. Sean was exceptional by seeing this issue all the way through to the end and communicating with me directly the whole time. Thanks guys! More
