Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. Was at first shocked by how long it could take to have my car diagnosed and possibly fixed, but somehow Bradley produced a rental and was long time. Service was awesome! I got a video in a text of the break down of the inspection on my car so there was absolutely no question on if the repair was needed or not. Video had the depth gauges showing where they were with wear and tear on all four tires and breaks, and a walk through on showing the undercarriage, shocks, boots, oil pan, etc. The video showed all of it. It gives confidence that you're not being played if it's suggested that work is actually needed or not.
