I purchased a certified car and had some serious safety issues with it. Long story short, after a few disagreements with the staff/management at this dealership, I contacted the GM directly and he made sur issues with it. Long story short, after a few disagreements with the staff/management at this dealership, I contacted the GM directly and he made sure all my issues and concerns were resolved. At first I would have never recommended anyone do business with this dealership but the GM made it very clear he takes great pride in making sure his customers are satisfied and taken care of- he addressed all my safety concerns! Now I would definitely recommend this dealership. I would also recommend the sales specialist I worked with, August. He did a great job at finding me almost exactly what I was looking for which is almost impossible to do right now with the crazy car market. I appreciate everything this dealership has done to take care of me with my new certified Jetta. More
